Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Last updated: 1 August 2026. This policy covers workshops, clinics, consultations, and apartment assessment visits booked with App Maplefield Rig Institute.

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on how early you cancel, whether the session has started, and whether materials prepared specifically for your visit have already been printed or travel booked. Retail merchandise is not sold on this site, so product-return rules do not apply.

Timeframe for cancellation

• Full refund of fees paid if you cancel in writing at least 7 full days before the scheduled start.
• Partial refund (50%) if you cancel between 6 days and 48 hours before start.
• No refund for cancellations inside 48 hours, no-shows, or departures after a session has begun.

Deposits

A 30% deposit holds a seat or visit slot. When a full refund applies, the deposit is included. When a partial refund applies, the remaining balance after the 50% calculation is returned. Deposits become non-refundable inside the 48-hour window but may be credited once toward a reschedule within 90 days if we have available capacity.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without fee when you give at least 5 days’ notice and a later public date has an open seat. Additional reschedules may incur a 500 THB administration fee. Assessment visits rescheduled because the building denied access are moved once at no charge when you notify us the same day.

Work already started

If a consultation or visit has begun—including arrival at your building—fees for that booking are non-refundable. If we must stop early for safety reasons outside your control, we offer a complimentary follow-up slot or a proportionate refund at our discretion.

Purchased materials

Checklist packets included in workshop fees are not returned for cash. If we cancelled a session before handing materials out, you receive a full refund or a transfer to another date.

Institute cancellations

If we cancel a session, you choose a full refund or transfer to another date at no charge. We are not responsible for your travel costs to the training room.

Refund process and timing

Email info@appmaplefield.click with your booking name, date, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank timelines may add several days thereafter.
